Basque is fortunate to have access to some organic produce at our farm in North East Victoria and we always enjoy the challenge of finding new exciting local foods as the seasons change. As the afternoons become cooler with the autumn rains, Basque is ready to churn up our rich organic soil for potatoes and beetroot, pick the eggplants, zucchinis, and pumpkin and use our ripe pears for a decadent dessert.

Our Spanish chef’s have created some new dishes for the autumn menu which features some great seasonal foods.
