Basque Spanish Club has been launched and we have a lot of exciting ideas around the Club to develop over the next few months.

Our ‘Paella’ is now being cooked out on the Terrace in the large Paella for Saturday and Sunday Lunch. It is proving to be a lot of fun creating interest from passers by. Its a good way to develop our community and meet people so come in down and join in the fun.

Basque is fortunate to have access to some organic produce at our farm in North East Victoria and we always enjoy the challenge of finding new exciting local foods as the seasons change. As the afternoons become cooler with the autumn rains, Basque is ready to churn up our rich organic soil for potatoes and beetroot, pick the eggplants, zucchinis, and pumpkin and use our ripe pears for a decadent dessert.

Our Spanish chef’s have created some new dishes for the autumn menu which features some great seasonal foods. But wait for it, our team is about to welcome yet another great Chef from Spain who will join us on April 1st just in time for Easter.
